Merthyr Views is an animated short film produced by Winding Snake Productions with young people from the Forsythia Youth Project. It uses contemporary Welsh art to comment on how young people are perceived, particularly by the press. The film is inspired by two artworks housed at the contemporary art wing in the National Museum and Galleries of Wales in Cardiff; Merthyr Blues by Heinz Koppel and Tim Davies' Postcard Series. Funded by the Arts Council of Wales and Film Agency of Wales, and supported by Chapter Arts Centre and the National Museums of Wales.
