Stranded Fish is a story about the beginning of an improbable friendship. Peixe and Tiago live in the same neighborhood, share the same beach, surf the same waves, but are separated by social class and wouldn't normally hang out. As fate would have it, Peixe and Tiago cross paths following a series of events surrounding a silver necklace that once belonged to Tiago and is now in Peixe's hands. After a standoff in a deserted park they befriend each other forcing Peixe to come face to face with the consequences of his actions as he struggles against hunger and poverty.
