Isaac suffers from dissociative personality disorder; this has lead him to take control of his life by committing suicide overdosing with alcohol and pills. He enters a phase of hallucinations, collapsing and slowly fading to his death. He sees images of who he used to be, of who he could have been, until he realizes his loss of control over his own death, as the voices in his head return.
