A short documentary exploring the relationship between education and the effects of the apartheid era in South Africa. Dedicated to Nelson Mandela, the film follows Suzan Joyce and Jordan Malatjie, two citizens of South Africa who share their individual stories and experiences during their adolescence. They pay tribute to those who fought for education and the development in giving children the opportunity to learn. Thanks to the Nottingham Impact Campaign (Cascade Grant) and Education Africa, five students from the University of Nottingham ventured to the Limpopo Province to create this award winning short.
