A day before flying to the Morality Summit in NYC, a minister from Goldwyk, MO, the most uptight town in America, gets caught pleasuring himself in the church's basement by the Abstinence Committee President, who sends him to a hotel holding the Sexpo instead. Here, he meets a porn mogul who convinces him to open an Adult Novelties store in Goldwyk, which after being discovered, causes mayhem in the town, resulting in a tell-all court case the day of the Abstinence day parade.
