The story is about the children in a condominium in Hanoi in 90s. Minh - a boy who was usually impounded in his house fell in love with the girl living at the same block. He often saw her by his father's binoculars. Thus, Minh asked Huy - his close friend and love consultant, to help him express his love to the girl.
