Happy Town: The Surf Suit

Cousin Jay laments the difficulty of being an Edmonton surfer. The buses refuse to let him ride with a surfboard. So he designs and builds a revolutionary new type of board that is worn like a suit of Armour. He also attempts to surf on it at the West Edmonton Mall Wave Pool. Meanwhile Frederick gets drunk and sprays him with a fire extinguisher.
