Dust, webs, and old things. It's cold and raining... Holes in the ceiling leak brown water, filling rusty buckets. Spiders take shelter in the cracks of the floors. Mice hide in old dressers. No place for a little girl. There's a rocking chair in the middle of the attic. Old, like the others. Dusty, like all the rest. But there is something special about this chair. It holds a very important little girl. ALICE. Alice has just turned 7 years old. She has everything, a pet bunny, pretty dresses, a new brush for her doll's hair. On this day she wishes for the only thing she doesn't have, a friend. She gets what she least expects.
