One night, Sam has a terrible nightmare about a girl he's never met laying on the ground in agony and about to die of an asthma attack in broad daylight somewhere in Central Park without anyone around to help her. He then wakes up in a panic after having screamed for help. The next day, while crossing the street, Sam is suddenly shocked to see the same girl he dreamed about on the opposite sidewalk. Nothing has prepared him for the mysterious path he will be lead down while attempting to get to know her, a path as inexplicable as the reason why he dreamed of her in the first place.
