Take Me Home is a real-life drama set in a seaside town. The story follows Blake, 27,as he returns to his home town after 10 years with the army. All the people he used to know have moved on with their lives, Blake feels like he is back where he started. Blake meets an 11 year old girl, Scarlett, who has been in foster care most of her life. When Blake discovers she is searching for her mother, he decides to help her. Their friendship grows as Blake tracks down her mother to reunite them.
