Two bored middle-class kids decide that to get away from uneventful life and embark on an epic hitchhiking trip across the country. They set out, fuelled by the desire to find something exciting and new. But as they deal with discomfort, poverty and hunger in the name of adventure, they realize being poor is not fun and making movies in the 'third world' is only nice if you can go back home afterwards.
