In 2007, Pete Chavez started the Chavez Boxing Foundation, a non-profit that keeps inner-city kids off the streets through boxing. 'Fighters Move Forward' follows Pete and two of his 'kids,' and explores the struggles of those affected by the non-profit, as well as the numerous obstacles faced by the foundation itself.
