While watching his grandparent's condo for a week, a young introvert named Alan is to show the suite to some potential buyers. A buzz at the intercom seemingly alerts Alan of their arrival and he invites them up. Upon the strangers arrival, he realizes that it is not his potential buyers, but a storm soaked french girl named Audrey. Her inability to speak English puts a barrier between the two, forcing Alan out of his shell, and in his path to help her, leaves the condo in disarray. Upon the inevitable arrival of the potential buyers, Alan is left to helplessly explain the messy condition of their prospective new home.
