When Bryan gets a late night phone call from his buddy Jeff asking him to be his alibi, he blindly agrees. Unfortunately for Bryan, the cops are now involved. More unfortunately for Bryan, Jeff has stolen a cop car and shows up at his front door. So he does what any other best friend would do: goes on the run with him.
