PERFECT LOVE was filmed on 16 mm, to create a more emotional look and give the film a somewhat 70s look. Mixed with statements of the 90s and contemporary Berlin street fashion, including vailed muslim woman, it gives the film a timeless quality. Director/ Producer Darius Etemadieh, realized this project with tremendous help from friends and funded the film from his own resources, saving up money for each step of the process. Since Darius has his roots in directing Musical Theater, it is not surprising, that music plays an important role in the narration of the film. There are 4 original songs in the film, as well as music by Mozart and Ravel.
