An african american teenager travels with his diplomat father to communist East Berlin when he meets the fearless receptionist and daughter of a stasi major general. Through her eyes he's not only being introduced to the illegal Breakdance scene behind the curtain, but to the restrictions and absurd rules which the little brother of Russia lives by.
