Francisco has been called to appear before a Ministry to fulfill a duty. Not completely understanding what he is supposed to do he refuses to continue with the process. Seeing this, the Ministry starts its machinery making Francisco go through different tests and tasks to get him to comply and fulfill his duty as any citizen should.
