A man drives up to an apartment block, ready for action. He enters stealthily, searching the apartment for clues before finding the man he has been searching for, a hooded figure. The man gives chase hoping to catch his target. Will he catch him and if so how? Who is the hooded figure and why does he want to catch him so badly?
