Officer Winters and Reed aim to find out the truth behind an aggressive car theft by questioning Emma Garner about her brother. Officer Bell supervises the situation in the interrogation room from an observation room behind a one-way mirror. Throughout the room there are photographs and documents on the case and suspect spread out in every corner. Officer Bell holds back the eager and less experienced officer Winters who allows his temper to get the better of him. Meanwhile officer Reed is using her expertise to get Emma to provide her with specific information, however Emma is conflicted whether or not to help the police, as she doesn't want to betray her brother's trust.
