Two ordinary men, down on their luck, are fired from their job at a fish market. Upset, Chuck yells at Herb from ruining their job and begins wondering how they can make some fast cash. Herb tries to cheer him up and is unsuccessful until he finds the wanted ads in a newspaper. Chuck comes to the decision to try for a ghost hunting job, claiming its easy money as there are no such things as ghosts. Against Herb's wishes they are granted the job and begin searching. They discover a bag of money that was stolen from the bank and at the same time, run into the alleged ghost.
