A self-obsessed, health-conscious, body conscious, paranoid, sadly single, but handsome looking bloke, who for some reason, doesn't do quite as well as his best mate Dan when it comes to the simple things in life, like picking up the Girls. Alt-tripper Dan Manly on the other hand, is a modern day dreamer.
