Chito is a villain who is taking advantage of people and using them as human taxi's, overlooking bank robberies performed by his staff and pushing them to exhaustion by carrying luggage, pets and people on their back's to LAX. Chito deny's any wrong doings claiming he is being environmentally friendly and providing income to the normally unemployed. He is overtaking all other taxi services, Tia our roaming reporter is determined to put a stop to his corruption and abuse.
