Melville is drying up. Leroy has opened a Bed and Breakfast, Darnell and Glen are scrambling to keep the family construction company afloat. Martha's café has run its course. Martha has a plan to revitalize their local economy but it means questioning societies rules and going outside of the law. Everything is going as planned until Leroy lets her plan go up in smoke. Things are about to get hot and heavy in the town of Melville.
