Katy, Gwen and Danielle are three friends in their late 20's all having trouble with the men in their lives. Instead of leaving them, the women hatch a plan to hire an actor to play a fake couples therapist they can control to make their men do what they want. After a long audition process of bad candidates the women are about to give up when Dex Everett walks in and demonstrates that he can fit the suit. Dex is an adventurer who tells wild stories about the women he has dated from around the world. Somehow his stories always manage to solve the couples' problems proving that any idiot can teach common sense.
