Martin goes to the hospital because he overdosed on drugs. Nurse Rachael realizes that Martin has been lying to to her about taking care of himself and gets upset with him. She tries to force Martin why he took drugs but Martin doesn't say anything. She contacts Sean a therapist to get Martin to confess but doesn't work until one of of the patients dies from the same disease.
