A student filmmaker explores areas around Los Angeles and San Diego, searching for the subject and location of his next film, and gathering images and sounds. While observing the world through his lens, he witnesses something disturbing, and has to decide between acting on his morals or capturing something that could be the dramatic arc of his film.
