The 1989 TooLoose & Company Halloween Special

Rick Felski had previously been the horror host Tolouse Noneck on Shock Theater (1980), Shock Theater Double Feature (1980), Shock Theater (1981-1984), and Shock Rock (1985)aired by WISN-TV Channel 12 Milwaukee Wisconsin. When he wanted to resurrect his character and produce his own show, he spelt Tolouse as Tooloose to avoid any conflict with WISN-TV. The show was aired by WISN-TV on 28 October 1989 screening 'Night of the Living Dead'. The show was syndicated in 13 cities. In 1990, WISN-TV contracted Felski to produce 'TooLoose & Company'.
