William Fawl is a troubled small town teenager nearing his final year of High School, alongside his depressive girlfriend Janice and his Nihilistic best friend Gator, but ever since a past car accident caused by his recovering alcoholic father and the tragic loss of his mother, William's life and mind have never quite been the same. After a jarring incident occurs during a graduation celebration, William's small world begins to spiral down into a series of tragedies, insanity, murder, and a horrific doppelgänger that seems to follow him wherever he goes.
