A troubled young man, Adam, seeks help through the guidance of a well known psychologist - Dr. Gillian. After being thrown into a therapy group because of his stubborn ignorance, Adam begins to realize that the help he wanted only lends him the insight that the world is a lot more troubled than he thought.
