Dabernig's characteristically deadpan approach sets up an eerie tension that oscillates between documentary realism and playful reverie. While two children, dressed as astronauts, plan a rocket launch and terrorize the reception staff with makeshift weapons, the parents calmly switch on their laptops and disappear into a virtual world.
