There Is a Thief

Mehmet, a 35-year old man, lives in Istanbul. He has been unemployed for a while, going through financial difficulties. That day, he takes to the road once again to look for a job. The interviews at two businesses with different political views prove fruitless. Mehmet is not even aware of the ongoing Gezi Park protests in Istanbul against the government's oppression. He only thinks about making a living. When he stops for a rest after the hopeless job interviews, he notices a 'Standing Man' at the square. And the story of Mehmet collides with the story of the country...
