Tenant of the Year follows a man named Mica who needs his room in perfect so that he can win the building-wide competition, Tenant of the Year. His desire to win interferes with his neighbors attempt of filming an important interview upstairs. Remy, his neighbor, devises a plan for Mica, which will lead him to the ultimate vacuum; this vacuum is indispensable for Mica as its super strength will certainly lead him to victory.
