How does one live in a country that suffers with the obsession of war, and where a border is never far away ? Maria, who was born in Armenia just before the war, guides us to highly exposed villages - where she encounters both serenity and fear. Under the splendor of the landscapes we can but feel the constant threat of a (cold) war, bringing back to mind the painful History of Armenia.
