Algiers, 2015. Adlan and Terroriste roam through the Sacré Coeur district in search of a few dinars. With a bit of petty dealing here, and an unofficial parking service there, they can't wait for the week-end and the Algiers Mouloudia Football Club's games. There they can compensate for the emptiness of their everyday lives, sing out their love for the club and dream of the ship that will allow them to flee a country that has absolutely nothing to offer them.
