During the financial crises in 2008, Johnny loses his job and can't make enough money for his family anymore. Johnny who lives together with his wife and daughter starts to have a meltdown and eventually has freak outs. He starts to drink and smoke and eventually hits his wife due to excessive drinking. His wife and daughter then move away from him and also get him a restraining order. 4 Years of loneliness are bothering him, then when his wife suddenly has a car accident and is in a coma, Johnny gets a second change to reconnect with his daughter, Melly. At this point this short film takes place. It follows Johnny throughout the whole day of him trying to make up with his daughter.
