Clinical Trials
Clinical Trials is a single camera comedy series about the patients and staff at Cornerstone Laboratories; a research facility for testing as yet unproven pharmaceuticals. The patients are paid for their participation in various studies, however they are required to live in the laboratory full time, in order to create a test result that is not tainted by environmental variables. To receive their compensation, patients at Cornerstone Laboratories must follow not only strict diet and exercise guidelines but must also attend mandatory group therapy/feedback sessions and record daily video diaries, in order to get a full picture of their overall health. Before any drug can go from the drawing board to your medicine chest, it first must go through Clinical Trials.
