Parsimonious Syndrome is a dark comedy about a young couple named Tom and Alicia. Alicia wants to go out and party with her friends and bond with her boyfriend in an external environment. Tom on the other hand is only concerned about saving a buck and wants to avoid spending money at all costs. After a very intense debate Tom gives in and they go out. Will Tom's generosity pay off and turn out to be a positive outcome or will this night out turn into a complete disaster?
