'If He Shall Hear Thee' focuses on the story of a fourteen-year-old girl who runs away from home after the death of her younger brother. Joined by her friend, they embark on a journey neither of them are prepared for, while her mother struggles with her sense of faith after the funeral. Both mother and daughter must learn to cope with the loss in their own ways before they can hope to start a new life together.
