Moxie focuses on the journey of an unassuming man who wanders into a strange hotel and repeatedly encounters an androgynous creature in his dreams. Night after night, he finds that he is taunted by the hotel owner and his maid whom he believes are tricking him into sleeping with them/ the androgynous creature.
