In this film about love, loss, and zombie carnage, the characters must figure out where they stand when facing the end of time as we know it. Kevin is grieving. After the death of his best friend, Kevin struggles to find closure despite his girlfriend Chloe's best efforts. His agony over his loss is coupled with a conflict between logic, reason, and religion. To complicate matters further, Kevin must find his inner peace in the midst of the zombie apocalypse. Kevin knows that in order to be happy, he must adjust to life without his best friend. Even if continuing on in the land of the living means joining the undead.
