Michael Mauler, a young boy bent on killing people for relief of his long life of being tormented and bullied teams up with Roger Hayes, another young boy with the same problems, and the two set out to kill everyone around them until no one is left on Earth and so they can take over. Meanwhile, after witnessing Michael murder his wife on the day of their anniversary, Deputy Carter hires Detective Dickson to capture and kill Michael to avenge his dead wife. While all of this is going on, Michael's conscience tries to bring back the good Michael once had in him, and drown out the evil he has in him.
