Wil, always trying to be one of the cool guys, gets chased all over Los Angeles City College campus by a dorky wanna-be police investigator for some weed his thugs left him with. Wil gets chased by handicapped Inspector Luke in the most inconspicuous places all over campus, as he gets away every time on his tricycle. In the end, Wil gets his wish of smoking weed with the thugs that finally accept him. Inspector Luke crashes the party in only wanting to hang with some cool young thugs and smoke weed, not actually bust them. They rock it out together with weed and rap music. They all agree that 'Life is Blunt'.
