In a not so distant future people live alongside the 'type1', artificially made human beings created through ectogenesis and DNA modification. After some incidents, the government tries to remotely 'reset' the type1 and recall them, but something goes wrong and these beings wake up from the reset and run away to hide themselves. Years after their escape, an old pub might hide one of them.
