After a messy divorce, a rock star is released from a mental institution in Los Angeles. He travels to Amsterdam to try reconnect with his estranged family during a reunion for his grandmother's 80th birthday. While in Amsterdam he meets a girl, Luna, who helps him rediscover his sanity.
