Being 8
Mellie, an 8-year old girl, must come to terms with her mom's absence. Dad and she live alone, and are dealing with life on their own. Although mom's melancholia is tough when she's around, her absence is perhaps yet harder on a growing girl's heart. Mellie hopes to know, will mom be back in time for her 9th birthday.
