Waterpoint is among the most prestigious neighborhoods in the city, housing many of the town's richest civilians. When a mass murder breaks out Detective Ron Hiatt (Gavin Barry) is one of the most qualified to solve it. Throughout the investigation he meets many strange citizens like Ethan Roney (Josh Sisson) and Brian Gilman (Justin Little) who help unravel the underlying mystery and betrayal that plague the peaceful neighborhood of Waterpoint.
