Often misunderstood and better left alone, Sandy Solis-Williams is turning fifteen and plans to spend it quietly by herself. There is only problem: her Mexican side of the family is planning a surprise 'Quinceañera' bash for her. When Sandy finds out, she recruits her friends and embarks on an adventure to sabotage her own party while claiming her independence from her overly-loving Hispanic relatives.
