Native American newspaper reporter Julie Severi is on a mission to save the life of a dangerous schizophrenic on the loose in the mystical redwoods of Northern California. As she races to uncover the truth, she is plunged deeper into a dysfunctional medical system that stretches all the way from small town America to the polarized depths of red-state/blue-state dystopia.
