The year is 1985. Crime, in the form of breakdancing gangs, has paralyzed the city. One such gang, run by the sinister Mr. EZ, is about to introduce a deadly new street drug. Two former gang members, now undercover breakdancing cops, target EZ...and his deadly dancing empire.
