The United Kingdom, 2020, people are under high pressure, they always relieve it through complaint to others, however, at the same time, other people's complaint could produce extra pressure on the listener. Therefore, in order to avoid more negative attitude spread in the society, the government enact a No Complaint Law, which means that complaint is illegal. Even though the complaint is forbidden, people still need ways to relieve, so after the law was enacted, many people have no way but only express their negative feels in secret, thereby, three stories between different people are triggered, and at the same time, an illegal underground organization emerged where people could complaining everything in their daily life freely.
